Ask: The Next Lighthouse was asked to deliver an interactive, in-person, impact workshop, as part of the team’s Away Day

We facilitated a workshop that covered:

  • understanding what your stakeholders prioritise

  • translating your impact into metrics stakeholders care about

  • communicating your value proposition

  • finding your product >< market fit

The workshop combined theoretical foundations with real-world examples, group exercises, and collaborative discussions.

Learning and development: Insights and industry practice on ideas to help fund, deliver and scale impactful enterprises

Knowledge sharing & team building: With Interactive scenarios included, participants could cross-pollinate ideas and examples from their own work, and this improved team cohesiveness

Repeatable frameworks: Practical tools, cheat-sheets and other materials to apply beyond the workshop and in their day-to-day work
